how it works

STEP 1

Choose Your Plan

We offer 1, 3, and 6-month custom programs for your goals. While most people start with one month, we recommend committing to a full 3-months for the best opportunity for your fitness goals.

The one-month option is recommended for those looking to try out Online Coaching.

STEP 2

Submit Questionnaire

After you purchase an online coaching package, we will send a link to a questionnaire to your e-mail inbox. Please fill it out entirely and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. This information will be used to design your diet and training program. This is only your starting point; our team will adjust your program as you progress.

STEP 3

Receive Your Program

We will begin crafting your program when we have all of your information. You will receive information about True Coach, and your plan will be ready on the True Coach app within 3-6 days. When you get it, look through it because it is time to work!

STEP 4

Coach Check-ins

Your coach will check in with you weekly or bi-weekly. This is your opportunity to ask questions, talk about your progress and any obstacles, and get professional advice on anything from proper form to lifestyle changes to maintain your results.

STEP 5

Analyze Your Results

At the end of your program, it’s time to look at your progress and what your next fitness goals would be. You’ll have a consultation with your coach to map out a long-term plan for either continuing your progress or switching your goal.
